Toll Bridge? Or friend bridge!?

Maybe it's both.

The challenge today was from Monsieur Jeff Linier:
"Toll Collector"

My oh my. Few words? Lets see what I have done.
This started as a thumbnail that I just blew up and drew on top of. Every time I added small details it seemed to throw off the image. By the time I was done, I wasn't sure if any of the side dingies were distracting. Whatever, I dig the characters. Mainly the glowy blue one (go figure)

My question: Are they friends?

The challenge was to do a perspective drawing of characters in a room of giant toys.

Does the bunny on the tinker toy up close look like it's going to leap at the silhouettes or does it look static?

Where do you think they are going?
