Got a lot of issues worked out in my story. The bar is where the main character's best friend disappears after he and a bunch of friends get plastered and dare him to go ride his Jet Ski in the buff. He rides out to the misty waters near the crew's jumping rock and never returns.
The bar is supposed to have a warm and cluttered atmosphere and is named "Fish Head" due to the fact that the owner is a retired fisherman. He has decorated the interior of the bar with the skeletons of his long dead-catch.
